Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is a Cuban-American television arbitrator in the shows Caso Cerrado and Ana Polo Rules. The actress was raised in Havana Cuba Ana moved to Miami at the age of 2 years old and was accompanied with her parents. Ana Maria Polo from Habana is the producer and host on Telemundo's "Caso Cerrado" which is among the most well-loved Spanish-language programming that the channel airs. It was a finalist for one of the Daytime Entertainment Emmy for Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards in the year 2015. The show was ranked at the top across all demos. Polo was born in Havana in 1959. When she graduated at Florida International University's political science program, she relocated to Havana and lived there for twenty years. Then, she obtained her PhD in law from The University of Miami. For 20 years, Polo practiced in Miami. She received her PhD from the University of Miami, and after that, she practiced law for the next twenty decades in Miami. Polo appeared for the first time on Telemundo Sala de Parejas in 2001. Some other shows on the court also featured her expert legal advice. Literature Awards She wrote Los Hijos Muertos in 1958. The novel won the Critic's Prize and the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute fled Spain for the United States 1960. She is a breast cancer survivor. Polo frequently speaks and raises money for the cause. Polo has been a vocal advocate for LGBT rights all of her life. She graduated at the University of Miami School of Law in 1987 and is a member of the Florida Bar.
